Henry came across a package of puff pastry as he was gathering inspiration for the birthday cake he wanted to make me. After school yesterday he whipped this out of nowhere filling it with half a jar of some very high quality raspberry jam I just bought and used the entire package of high quality puff pastry I bought. The next thing I knew we had a giant poptart! I was skeptical but it tasted amazing! I had to stop myself from overeating this because this could be dangerous! Hot sweet stuff out the oven is hard to resist.
The frosting was powdered sugar, milk and little butter.
