I used to make these years ago. I thought it would be fun to try again and show Henry. The recipe is not that exact. Ground pork, ginger, vegetables and Asian seasonings. The dipping sauce was soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, lime juice and red pepper flakes. The lime juice makes it fresh!
