This was pizza improvisation night. No recipes here. I just bought some really good nitrate free smoked salami and pepperoni. The dough for the crust came from Trader Joes. Put a lot of olive oil over the crust. The mozzarella was freshly made at Fairway. Some Parmesan Reggiano grated on top. Garnished with some fresh arugula and balsamic vinegar to make it fresh. This was really good and easy!
