I made these a while ago after Henry made the chocolate souffles. I came across the pictures recently and they deceivingly look pretty good. I don’t remember the recipe for these and it doesn’t matter because I would never follow it again. I actually did not like these at all. They did not turn out tasting like I wanted them to. Too cakey, not enough flavor. It was all wrong to me. I have eaten delicious spinach souffles before but these are not it. But this is what I cook and this is what it looked like. I will continue to search for a good recipe and someday I may find one but this isn’t it! So the pictures are all you get. Failure is my teacher and my motivation to continue on in search of the perfect spinach souffle recipe!
